saw you had a hitch for the 2020 Chrysler pacifica . Does this work also for the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid? Also assume you just need bolts and torque wrench to put on. thanks

We do offer a concealed-style Curt Class III hitch that will fit your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica, but the # C65CR that you'd looked at isn't compatible with the Hybrid model. For the Hybrid, you'd want to go with the similar
# C29UR.
The hitch includes all necessary hardware to complete the installation, and really the only specialty tool needed would be a torque wrench that can be borrowed from a neighbor/friend/relative or the loan a tool service offered by many auto parts stores. The instructions also spell out a exhaust removal tool, but a small flat prybar is just as effective if you shoot a little spray lubricant on the exhaust hanger before prying it off.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # 119250KIT. To determine the rise/drop ball mount you'll need, take a look at the linked help article. I've also linked to the hitch installation instructions for you.

We used Curt #13383 on our 2021 PacHy. The video on etrailer site is correct in cutting rear insulation. Best to follow the printed directions. Though they provide bolts for the evap emissions canister only the long one was long enough and there is no specific printed directions for the evap canister so mine is on with the long bolt right now.
