Question:

Now that we have removed our spare tire mount from the rear hitch of our 2018 Forest River Rpod 178, we would like to find a hitch mount to carry/store our RV waste tote tank. Do you have a product that would work for that purpose?

We do have a really nice selection of hitch-mounted cargo carriers that could work well for your application, but it's just going to depend the size of your tote as to which one will be best.

I really like the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18113 because of its aluminum construction that keeps its weight down (just 25 pounds) and resists corrosion, along with its built-in reflectors for visibility and raised side rails that will keep your tote in place. You can add a cargo net like the Curt # C18202 to actually secure the tank.

The carrier features inside/usable dimensions of 21-1/8" long, 47-11/16" wide, and 3-3/4" deep. You can compare this to the dimensions on your tank to see if it will be a good option.
