Can thule square cross bars be used on the rack and roll trailer?

The Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08106 is able to be used with square bars like those from Thule and they will be run parallel to the ground so you can use accessories. You could then use carriers like the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier # Y04073 or Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack # Y02114.
