Yes, we have the Draw Tite hitch part # 75210 as a confirmed fit for your 2004 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 that has the factory step bumper.
Draw Tite states that on vehicles with factory step bumper, bumper mounting brackets will be re-attached at original position with fasteners provided with hitch.
