The spare tire on my 2006 Sprinter passenger van is exactly where the hitch should go. Does this hitch fit around it, or would I have to move the tire?

The spare tire retainer would almost certainly interfere with installing the # 75210, but we do have a hitch that is positioned a bit differently so it would fit perfectly. The Curt # 13250 class III hitch will avoid the spare tire retainer, as shown in the provided photo.
