Ordered a plow and hitch for a 97 Tahoe all went well works great.. Paid for express shipping but that was delayed by the delivery company no fault of etrailer and was credited my payment right away.. Is a Heat Sink Frame Rail Transmission Cooler Good Enough for a 1991 Chevy S10
Heat sink coolers like # D13250 are not as efficient as other coolers but they are great at fitting in narrow spaces. If you want the optimum amount of cooling then you would want to go with a stacked plate cooler # D13403. This cooler is rated as a Class V which means it is very efficient. We also have # D13402 which is a little smaller and classified as a Class IV. You would also need mount kit # D50020 if you go with the smaller Class IV cooler. The Inside diameter of the Derale Heat Sink Cooler - 14 inches Long, item # D13250, is larger than the inlet and outlet ports and has fins that the fluid comes into contact with to help dissipate the heat in the fluid. The capacity of this cooler is 25.75 cu in which is about 14-1/4 ounces. All of the Derale heat sink coolers have the same inside construction of the cooler and the dual pass coolers have separate chambers to allow the fluid to pass through the cooler in both directions.
