Is this the same turnbuckle that is used in the Brophy Basic Camper Tie-down kit TDHP? What is the safe working load to the turnbuckle and the ultimate breaking strength?

Yes, the turnbuckle part # TB38 is one of the turnbuckles that comes with the kit part # TDHP which has a 3,000 lb capacity as a set. The 3,000 lbs would be a safe working load limit and not the break strength capacity which Brophy does not list.
