Making preparations for our trip South. Hubby wants to know if you guys carry Brophy part number RHT2, expandable receiver hitch that goes between the rear frame rails

That is a good question, and you can leave your current fold-out steps up and in the folded position when installing the mounting bracket of the Brophy Scissor Steps. The reason is, the bracket will be installed just underneath the door so as long as when your steps are folded up there is no interference in that area the Brophy steps will be a great option. I added a photo for you a customer sent in which shows the bracket and steps installed so you can get an idea of how they mount.
The correct steps for you are going to depend on your entry height (from the bottom of the door to the ground), and I also recommend adding a hand rail which will give you the best support and stability when using the stairs. I'll list the options for you below. I've also added links to video reviews and the installation instructions for you to check out as well.
- Entry height: 24" - 30": Brophy Camper Scissor Steps - 3 Steps # AS23 with Hand Rail # AHR3
- Entry height: 31" - 39": Brophy Camper Scissor Steps - 4 Steps # AS24 with Hand Rail # AHR4
