How long is the Thule tie-down strap #10169?

I pulled a Replacement Tie-Down Strap # 10169 from our warehouse to measure for you and found that it measures 9 feet 8-1/2 inches if you measure from the end of the strap all the way to the end of the plastic buckle, and that if you measure just the strap it measures 9 feet 7-1/2 inches.
