Dimensions of Demco Hydraulic Brake Acutator with Drop

Question:
Hi Team I am working on converting a trailer that sits under a race boat that has a coupler from New Zealand. To make something of US standard fit I am going to have to weld a piece of 3x3 tube into the trailer. I am interested in this coupler but need measurements to be sure it will work before I order it. 1. How far down over the 3x3 tube will it sit from top of tube to bottom of mounting tabs 2. How much tube length front to back will it cover 3. Overall dimensions L x W x H Thank you

The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM8669113 will hang over the sides of the tube with the mounting plates 2-1/8" on each side and the channel of the actuator is 15-1/4" long. The overall dimensions on the coupler are 7-3/4" tall x 29" long x 4-1/2" wide.
