Will this bracket fit a 2017 Ram 2500 SLT? I do not have the gromets for the two holes in the bumper. Is this something you have as well? Thanks

Yes, the Tuf Combo License Plate Frame and Clear Shield # CR62051 will work well on your 2017 Ram 2500 SLT. For the hardware with grommets you can use the Anti-Rattle Fastener Kit # CR81400.
