I highly recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13418 for your 2020 Chevy Blazer over the Draw Tite part # 76023 for two big reasons. The Curt has better towing capacities and is much easier to install! It also looks really great as it fits through the rear bumper fascia like in the attached picture.

The Class III Curt trailer hitch part #C13418 that you referenced has a 5/8 inch diameter hitch pin hole which is standard for the 2 inch hitch size. So the Curt anti-rattle device 22323 part #C69HR would fit.
