Replacement Pitch Arm for Solera Awning on 2020 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS

Question:
I have a 2020 grand design reflection 312bhts, I left the awning up while I was gone for a while and it poured rain and and dealt with heavy winds. When I came back one of the support arm had snapped at the connection to the rest of the arm. I’m new to all of this but need a solution quick because I must travel on Thursday and I feel I cannot move like this ??. Please help I don’t know what to order

We have replacement pitch arms for your awning with the part # LC266169 which fits either side of the awning. This would exactly what you'd need to get going!
