While I do not have a video demonstrating how to install or remove the idler head and drive head cover for the Lippert Edge Awnings, it is a pretty simple process.
You will need to extend the awning out far enough to get access to behind the cover, there you will find a screw. Once you remove the screw, you can pull the front and back cover off of the awning. To install, you would do the same. But, you would be extending the awning out far enough to be able to put the front and back cover on and secure it with the screw.

What type of screwdriver do you use because I have tried a couple of different types and nothing has worked. I have a Lippert cover that I’m trying to replace.

Hi eTrailer I have a similar question to Kim's. On my 2021 Coachman Clipper 17FQ I have a Solera awning. The front cover over the idler motor somehow broke off, and I am trying to remove the rear cover to ensure I get a matching front/rear set. The mentioned screw is exposed and free, but there appears to be a couple of plastic clips on the back of the cover. I can't clearly see their inside orientation behind the motor, so unsure of how to release them (and the cover). I.e. do I use a flat screwdriver and push them up or down behind the motor? Thanks
