Hi Angi, can you get a part number off of your awning? Even if I knew your exact model (like 247BH) the Grand Design parts site doesn't list specific information on the awning to be able to identify it for replacement parts. The awning will need to be identified before we can find the right pitch arm. Once it has been identified we have the following available:
-Replacement Pitch Arm Assembly for Solera 2000 Series RV Awnings # LC93BX
-Replacement Pitch Arm for Solera Flat RV Awnings w/ 69" Long Support Arms # LC375994
-Replacement Pitch Arm for Solera XL Flat RV Awnings w/ 63" Long Support Arms # LC67VR
-Replacement Pitch Arm for Solera XL Flat RV Awnings w/ 78" Long Support Arms # LC74VR
In some cases the pitch arm isn't available as a replacement and the only solution is a new support arm. If you can add the serial number or an LCI number or any other identifying information in the comments below I would be happy to help you figure this out.
