For your 2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack we have a few wiring options confirmed to fit. I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This gives you a 4 pole flat trailer connector and all the lights your trailer needs to travel down the road safely, tail lights, turn signals, and brake lights.

I like the ZCI kit, because it doesn't require any cutting of your Golf's factory wires like other kits do. It uses a non invasive clamp that goes around the wire to sense the signal, rather than cutting and splicing, so everything can be put back to factory fairly easily if you ever needed to, and won't void any kind of warranty your Volkswagen has.

We haven't had a Volkswagen Golf Alltrack come in the shop yet, but I attached a video of installing the ZCI on a different vehicle so you can see how it works.
