Good question, Kurt! It took me a minute to figure it out, but the is one very minor difference. That being, the # 119250KIT includes an added circuit tester (see pictures below). The actual wiring part ( # 119251 ) is exactly the same for both parts.
If this is going on your 2018 Mercedes-Benz Metris, I would just go with the one that has the best price. It looks like the # 119250KIT is currently less expensive at the moment (04/28/25).
Out of curiosity, what will you be towing?

I purchased 119251 plus a Curt 58260 tester. Installation went well on a 2018 Metris following video for this product and vehicle. I opted to route the power wire internally from battery which is under passenger seat to the the temonsha control unit which was mounted under rear bumper drivers side. Notes: 1) to route internally you will need a few extra feet of power cord - maybe 12 awg stranded copper 2) fuse accessory in kit cannot be directly connected to battery because you need access to the fuse to do the learning cycle after every power cycle of the system. I worked around this by adding a power toggle switch in the rear of the van. This makes learning easier and also allows to turn off to stop phantom power loss if trailer will not be used for extended periods.
