Hi. I'm looking at the Curt C13370 and the etrailer e98855 hitch for my 2020 Honda Odyssey and trying to figure out which one to get. Can you spell out the differences and maybe recommend which one you'd choose? Thank you for your help.

Between the etrailer # e98855 and the Curt # C13370 Class III trailer hitches for your 2020 Honda Odyssey I do recommend the # e98855 for a couple of reasons.
The etrailler # e98855 and the Curt # C13370 are essentially the same hitch except for two key features. The etrailer hitch # e98855 has a matte black finish and the Curt # C13370 has a glossy black finish.
I recommend the etrailer hitch over the Curt because I personally prefer the matte black finish and it costs a little less.
