Question:
Will this cylinder connector work for a Norcold refrigerator, 2.7 cu in, 820 PSI and 875 btu’s? Or should l get a different cap color for more pressure? I will be ordering the Camco regulator # 59013 to go with this. Thank you for your advice!!

Because you're using a refrigerator that uses low pressure propane, the black MB Sturgis # 204024-MBS will work for this application perfectly. You'll want to use either pipe tape or a sealant like the JR Products Gas Pipe Sealant # 37207-30555 to make sure that there is no gas leakage between the connector and your Camco # CAM59013 regulator.
