CAN I ORDER A REPLACEMENT POWER HEAD FOR MY WINCH?

Yes, we do have replacement power units for the Bulldog winch part # BDW15019. The Bulldog Winch Replacement OE Contactor part # BDW20221 is a direct replacement for 15017/15019 Bulldog winches.
Each of the terminals is color coded, and comes with new lock washers and nuts for easy installation, however the housing and wiring is not included and will need to be used from your existing winch.
If you need a new hand held controller you can use part # BDW20220. This is an exact replacement for your winch's hand control, and will give you 20' of cord to operate your winch.
You can check out the video I linked of the contactor.

Hi. I bought the Bulldog trailer winch 4400lbs earlier this year and works fantastic in my trailer. I was thinking of using the winch on my tractor as well. The battery on the tractor is 500 cold cranking amps. Is this battery sufficient or cause any damage to the winch since the battery is below the recommended 650 CCA? Thanks
