Possibly, it depends on what you have. I tried a few different socket sizes on the Swagman locking anti-rattle hitch pin, part # S64027, and found the actual fit to be a 23 millimeter which is a fairly uncommon size to use.
You might be best using an crescent wrench instead.
The same is for the case with the pin included with part # S64030.
