What aerodynamic Thule roof rack fits my 2020 Ford Explorer? Are they difficult to install? I'm needing a roof rack so I can transport skis in the winter and kayaks in the summer.

The WingBar Evo roof rack is what you need to add aero-style Thule crossbars to your 2020 Ford Explorer. This roof rack consists of the 60" long WingBar Evo crossbars, Black # TH711520 or Silver # TH711500, along with the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401. These actually install fairly easily as the feet include straps that wrap around the raised rails on your Explorer. I have attached a sample installation video on a 2014 Explorer that you can reference.
If you don't already have a carrier for your skis then I recommend using either the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # TH7326B because it comes with locks or a cargo box like the 22 cu ft Thule Force XT # TH6359B which has a max ski length of 81-5/8". The advantage to using the cargo box is that you can toss your other ski equipment in the box as well.
Then for a kayak carrier I recommend the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH849000 because it comes with locks, everything you need to secure your kayak, plus a low-profile design when it's in the stored configuration. This carrier can only take 1 kayak so you'll need another one if you plan on transporting 2 kayaks.
