Hi. Is there a front hitch available for my 2019 4Runner?

Yes there is!
If you have the SR5 or TRD model 2019 Toyota 4Runner then the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch # C31076 will work perfectly. If you have the Limited model you can use the Curt # C31054. Both hitches offer a simple bolt-on installation to existing holes in the truck's frame rails and feature a 350 pound vertical load limit with a 9,000 pound line pull rating.
I have attached the written installation manuals for each of the hitches that you can check out as well.
I'm not sure what you plan on using the hitch for, but I went ahead and attached a few additional links below that will take you to our full selections of bike racks, cargo carriers, and hitch-mounted snow plows that you can look through if needed.
