Question:
What is the length of the bolt? It needs to clear the 2 1/2inch receiver body in order to work in my 2016 Silverado 2500 HD. The 2inch receiver is a sleeve inside the 2 1/2inch receiver. Please see attached picture

The usable length of the bolt is right at 3-1/4 inches, or just at 3 inches if the lock washer is used.
The Curt # C22321 isn't designed for a 2-1/2 inch receiver, so I'd recommend another option like # BX88312, which is actually designed specifically for a 2 inch reducer used in a a 2-1/2 inch receiver. I've linked you to a product description video.
