Hello, I have a 1.75 square axle with leaf springs, what do I need need to lift another 2”? Like blocks and u bolts , etc...

With square axles, neither of our over/under kits will be a fit to raise the height of the trailer so another option is to use longer hangers for the leaf springs. You will just want to confirm the hangar height.
You may be able to use a hanger like part # E4139. This hanger is designed for double-eye springs and is 4-1/4 inches tall. The old hangers will need to be cut off and the replacement hangers welded on by a professional.
