I am using a thule insta gater TH501 in my 2020 Toyota Tundra with deck rail system and I need a ladder rack. I can't find one that will clear the shorter kids bike, is it possible?

There is a ladder rack option available that will clear the bike in the bed of your 2020 Toyota Tundra with deck rail system while using the Thule Insta-Gater TH501 (updated version # TH93VR). I recommend Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks part # Y01151-5868 which has an adjustable upright height of 30" tall. The cross bars are 68" and feature T-slots that allow you to carry accessories like eye bolts part # Y01162. I have attached a couple of videos for your reference.
