I have the Overhaul rack Y01151-58 on my truck and I need to replace the rubber insert in the crossbar. Is this available?

Yes, to replace the rubber insert on your Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-58 you just need the Bottom Infill for Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01166-LC.
This is 76" long but can be cut to length for whatever length you're needing.
