Curt has listed the Trailer Hitch # C12172 as a fit for all models of the 2020 Lexus NX 300 so it will definitely fit your F Sport model. When I was comparing some pictures of the F Sport it looks like the rear bumper has the same dimensions as the 2020 Lexus NX 300 Base with the main difference being that the lower part of the bumper has a chrome-like finish instead of the black finish.

Attached is an installation video of this trailer hitch on a '19 NX 300 along with some pictures so you can get an idea of what it looks like installed.

If you let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch for I can make some recommendations if necessary.

Of course! For a 2" trailer hitch that is also compatible with the F Sport model we have the Curt # C13337. This is the exact same as the Trailer Hitch # C12172 we spoke about above but it is a little more robust with some thicker tubing and a 2" receiver just like what you're looking for. I have attached the installation video for this trailer hitch for you as well.
