I have a 2021 Lexus NX300 F-Sport. I want to verify which tow hitch will fit and still have kick sensor continue to work after installation. Item # 75956 or Item # C12172? Thanks

I have confirmed with Draw-Tite that # 75956 is actually not a fit for your vehicle. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class II 1-1/4" # C12172 that you mentioned is a confirmed fit for your vehicle, however, I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" # C13337 instead. I recommend this receiver because it is 2", which will offer a larger variety of accessories and applications that can be mounted to it. This is confirmed to work with kick sensors, so that will not be an issue. I also like that fact that is can be used with a weight distribution hitch if you ever need one in the future. The Curt # C12172 does not offer weight distribution hitch compatibility and is 1-1/4", which will limit your options for accessories and towing.

This Curt # C13337 offers a simple bolt-on installation process and requires no welding or drilling. I have attached an installation video that shows the Curt 2" receiver # C13337 being installed on a 2020 Lexus NX 300.
