Question:
I am putting 2 jacks onto my trailer. I would like to buy this 2 speed jack and connect from it over to a second jack. The second jack doesnt need to be a 2 speed jack does it? I think it would turn at the same speed as the 2 speed at all times no matter which gear the 2 speed is in correct? If Im right then which jack pairs up with this one? Also, how does the 2 speed jack switch gears? You dont show how to operate that in your video.

These are both great questions!
Jacks with 2 speeds have the gears changed by either moving the handle to a different spot on the jack, or having the handle pushed in or pulled out to change the gear that is engaged- with this specific jack, you'll push the handle in or pull it out to change speeds. With a dual speed jack, the input speed is changed but the output speed does not change, so you would be able to use a 2 speed jack as the lead leg and a single speed jack as the follow- so your assessment was correct.
In order to create a working pair, you would need the 2 speed # TJD2SP-12000SP-F and single speed # TJD-12000SP-F2 . You can pair these with a cross shaft like the # BDCS730300 which is a 72-3/4" long extension, or you can fabricate your own extension that has the correct length that you require.
