Features to know about

Built for Heavy Loads: 10,000 lb Lift Capacity That Doesn’t Flinch

This jack is made for serious lifting. With a 10,000 lb lift capacity and 12,000 lb support capacity, it’s ready for heavy-duty work on rigs that need real strength. The 1" jack screw and twin thrust bearings keep movement smooth even under load, so raising and lowering doesn’t feel like a fight. It’s a solid, dependable setup that holds up over time.

More Height, Less Hassle: 25-7/8" Total Lift with Drop Leg and Spring Return

When you’re setting up on uneven ground or need maximum adjustment, the 25-7/8" total adjustment gives you plenty of room to work. You get 12-3/8" of lift plus a 13-1/2" drop leg that releases with a front-facing plunger pin. The spring return snaps it back into place fast, saving time and effort every time you hook up or park.

Easy Operation: Sidewind Design with Grease Zerk for Smooth Cranking

The sidewind setup keeps cranking comfortable and out of the way. Internal twin thrust bearings make turning easy, and the built-in grease zerk means you can keep the screw and bearings lubed without disassembly. It’s a simple design that’s easy to maintain and keeps working smoothly year after year.

Tough Build: Weld-On Mount with Heavy Steel Tubes and Footplate

This jack is made to stay put and stay strong. The 4" outer tube and 3-1/2" inner tube are coated in black paint for durability, while the welded footplate spreads the load to minimize sinking in soft ground. With a weld-on mount, you get a permanent, rock-solid connection that’s built for daily use in tough conditions.

Straightforward Setup: Secure Add-Ons Available for Travel

It welds directly to your trailer frame with no extra brackets required, and you can add the weld-on clip (TJD-12000-CLIP – sold separately) to hold the sidewind handle (TJD-12000-HD – sold separately) in place when you’re on the road. Simple, sturdy, and purpose-built for dependable service.

Video Transcript for Ultimate Overview of the Square Direct Weld Jack

Hello neighbors, I'm Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at a square direct weld on jack with a drop leg and a spring return. It's a side wind jack rated at 10,000 pounds. So folks, this nice heavy duty jack is a nice utility jack that's gonna let you raise and lower your trailer. It's great and perfect for agricultural, commercial applications, those kind of thing. And it has a built in drop leg as you can see here with the return spring here.

Nice heavy duty return spring and that's just gonna make opening, you know, or raising in the jack and stuff, cut your time in half. So you pull this, you push this down with your foot since this is attached to the trailer and then it's gonna reduce the time and the amount of travel you have to go when you're cranking this guy up or down. Now inside of there, it does have a nice one inch jack screw that allows for heavy duty lifting. And I wanna note also that this plunger pin needs to be facing the front of the trailer when you have this welded in place. So again, it is a weld on jack.

Make sure you get weld on by professional. Make sure you get everything re coated after you scrape it off to get a nice good weld. Now it does have twin thrust bearings inside of there. That's gonna make extending and retracting the jack much easier. It has a very nice effortless greasing 'cause you got two grease circuits here and here at the top.

For basic maintenance, like I said, it's got a nice black powder coat finish on it so you don't to worry about rusting, corrosion, that kind of stuff. Now you can purchase a sidewind handle and a weld-on clip for the handle. Those are sold separately. I did pull them just to show you what those look like for the video. Again, these are sold separately.

This is the weld-on clip. It would get welded somewhere on the jack and this is the handle, again, sold separately. This would thread through there and then whenever you're not using it would pivot outta the way and it would clip inside of this weld-on clip to hold it outta the way on the jack. So again, you can purchase those separately here at etrailer.com. Now the foot plate again is gonna help minimize sinking in the soft ground and the height of this when it's retracted, keep in mind, I've got it up a couple notches right now for demo, it's gonna be 28 inches retracted and 40 1/4 when it's fully extended. The screw inside can travel 12 3/8 inches. While that drop leg can travel 12, or I'm sorry, 13 1/2 inches. As I said before, it's right at 10,000 pounds. So it's heavy duty, but it also has a say port capacity of 12,000 pounds. So again, it can lift 10,000 and it can support 12. Some dimensions here. The outer tube here all the way around is four inches square. And the drop leg, I was getting three and a half inches square on the drop leg. The center of these holes all the way up in here on the drop leg center was three and three eighths, up and down center to center. Now the foot plate with the plunger pin to the front, it's eight inches across, and from the side it's eight and a quarter. So very nice jack folks. Again, a nice one year warranty. I think you're gonna be happy with this product if you end up getting it. Again, nice heavy duty, 10 K rated. I'm Steven. Thanks so much for your time. Thanks for watching folks. Have a great day.
