Question:
I'd like to add a brake controller to my 2019 Ford Transit T250. I don't have any wiring on my vehicle so I'll need all of that too.

I recommend using the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR for your 2019 Ford Transit T250 because it can be installed virtually anywhere and you only need access to the control knob which has a 3/4" diameter. The control knob uses different colors for the LED light on the knob to tell you what is going on so you don't have to try reading a screen plus it gives you have the ability to use either of the popular braking system modes; proportional and user-control (time-delayed).
To install this on your T250 you need a 4-Way connector, I recommend 4-way # HM11140244, and then the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 which gives you all of the connectors and wiring for a fully-functional 7-Way. Since you have a longer vehicle you will likely need the extra wire # 10-2-1 as well.
Attached are some installation videos of the wiring on a 2018 Ford Transit T250 that you can use for a reference. The brake controller features in the ETBC7 video is the Prodigy P2 # 90885 which is a very solid brake controller but, as you can see in the video, it is pretty large which is why I recommend the Tow-Pro Elite. The wire colors for these brake controllers is exactly the same so that part won't change for your application.
