Question:
Is there much of a difference between the Curt and Draw-Tite hitches for a 2019 Forester? They all kind of look the same and I'm not sure which way to go.

The initial differences in the trailer hitches available for your 2019 Subaru Forester is that some of them have 1-1/4" receivers while others have 2" receivers. Going with the larger 2" receivers is always recommended because it opens up more opportunities for accessories that can be used.
With that being said, the differences between the Curt # C13409 and Draw-Tite # 76271 are that the Curt trailer hitches tend to have better welds and a thicker powder coat for better protection but the Draw-Tite hitch is rated for use with a weight distribution (WD) system. I recommend going with the Curt option because a Forester isn't really meant to be used for towing (as the towing capacity is maxed out at 1,500 lbs) so you're not going to be using a WD system and you'll be getting better quality with the Curt trailer hitch.
If you're looking for a different style then the EcoHitch # 306-X7391 is also available. This has the 2" receiver that we recommend using and it is designed with a hidden crosstube so only the receiver is available. It provides a much cleaner look but the better look does come at a higher price since this style is unique to this vehicle.
Attached are pictures showing the Curt installed on a '19 Forester as well as a photo a customer sent of the EcoHitch installed on their '18 Forester for you to check out and compare. Let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch for and I'd be happy to make some additional comparisons/recommendations for you!
