The only set of airbags we have available for a 2018 Nissan Titan are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57331 which will only work on the 4WD models. If this is what you have then these are a great option and are actually designed so you can install them yourself as there is not cutting or drilling required. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs are going to do an excellent job of helping level the truck while a heavy load is applied which is going to bring back both braking power and stability.
If you still want to have the airbags installed by a shop, you can expect to pay around three to four hours labor. The labor rate for each shop will vary which is why I cannot provide an exact dollar amount but this is a pretty good guide to use.
