I have exactly what you need for your Kwikee 32 Series Steps which I was able to confirm based on the parts numbers you have provided. The correct replacement motor is the Replacement Motor with Mounting Plate for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379608. The correct replacement control unit is the Replacement Control Unit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379606.

If you want to upgrade to the new version you could also just use the Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379145 which is what I recommend if you plan to replace both the motor and control unit.
