I have 2017 F350 Dually diesel 8 foot bed with factory hitch AND full length factory running board I.e. the running board extends about 18 inches behind crew cab rear doors. Yes, I checked with Torklift and for your 2017 Ford F-350 diesel with an 8 foot bed, factory hitch, and full length running boards the correct tie downs are the # TLF2021 and # TLF3008 that you referenced!

Hey Kyle, sorry for the confusion but the Torklift part number #TL54VV is a kitted part number that includes a front and rear set of tie downs. What it comes with is the tie downs part number #TLF3008 and #TLF2021.
