To mount your Karrite Voyager Roof Box to the crossbars on your vehicle your best bet is going to be with the Replacement Hardware Kit # TH05603. The exact/original hardware for the Voyager is no longer available but the plates and U-bolts included with this kit are very similar. Just keep in mind that you may need to make some modifications on the box if the holes don't quite line up.
The U-bolts in this kit measure 4-3/16 inches wide, on center. You can use this dimension to see if any changes will need to be made to the existing hole spacing on the Voyager Box.
