Question:

Thank you for the information! I did find some u-brackets I can make work. Do you know if there is a parts kit with all the pieces except those brackets? I would like to replace the locks, hinges, clamps and possibly the springs, for as little money as possible since the u-bolts I had to go with were $ on their own. Thank you.

For starters, the vast majority of cargo boxes and replacement mounting hardware for cargo boxes will not work on factory crossbars for a Nissan Xterra as they are very large in comparison to the standard crossbar sizes that these cargo boxes and replacement mounting hardware are designed for.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find any mounting hardware we offer that will work with the Xterra crossbars. I recommend taking a trip to your local hardware store as this will be your best option.

I do have some options for you but they no longer produce replacement parts for the Karrite Voyager Cargo Box as it has been discontinued for some time. However, the parts are fairly standard so we have had customers use the below list with success. Let me know if you need something else I have not listed.
