The locks were much easier to replace than you would think. We did have a little trouble with latching one of them, but that is more likely due to how we installed it than the lock itself. Our carrier is very old, but works great now with the new locks.
My order was fulfilled just as I expected. The product fit and worked perfectly as described.
They were the exception easy to install. Works great.now I can lock cargo box up again.

it fits exactly in my Thule Sidekick, my original locks from thule broke off, these keys are really fragile im gonna make sure to make a steel copy so that i dont get into this situation again! when its anything below -10 the key has a tendency to snap off, its not anyones fault besides the manufacturer

Ordered new locks for our explorer roof top carrier because we lost the keys. Didn't realize I could have just ordered the keys til after placing my order which I would have done but that's on me. Anyway everything went great and they were easy to install. Placed order online and everything went perfect. Locks arrived on time. I would definitely use you guys again and you have my highest recommendation! Job well done and I never had to speak to anyone. That even goes to the follow up after that made it easy to write this review.
I was in the process of repairing a Sport Rack carrier that my daughter's friend gave her. Some of the parts were missing, so I called the toll free number for etrailer.com What a pleasant experience I had. The folks there (Chris & Reesa) were a great help both in securing the original order and then helping me choose the best shipping method to get them to me on time. (My daughter was on a tight timeline). Well, the parts all arrived in plenty of time, all parts were there, and replacing the hardware on the SportRack carrier was a breeze.
