which brand and model do you recommend of those that you sell

For your 2014 Honda CR-V I highly recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13119 for a couple of reasons.
All of the Class III custom hitches (I recommend going with a Class III not only for the extra capacity but for the larger 2" receiver opening that opens the door to a lot more accessory options like bike racks, etc) have a very similar design and are going to line up to the same factory holes in the frame rails for a simple bolt-on installation. The Curt hitch however, separates itself from the others with its superior black powder coat finish that tends to last longer than those from other manufacturers as well as the fact that it's assembled right here in the USA.
The Class III hitch will give you plenty of capacity for your towing or carrying needs and all the needed hardware is included. I have attached an installation video you can follow along with a couple of pictures of it installed on a 2014 CR-V so you can see exactly how it will look on your vehicle.
If you can let me know what you plan on using the hitch for I will be happy to recommend some additional items as well.
