Based on my research your Palomino HS-6601 truck camper has an overall length of 16 feet, 8 inches. With this in mind the Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover # CAM45770 will work perfectly.
This particular cover works well for truck campers that are 16 to 18 feet long, so the extra wiggle room in length will be more than enough to accommodate the rear ladder on your camper. Covers like these are designed to handle standard roof accessories like AC units or antennas so those won't cause any fitment issues.
