I have a Demco Hijacker 18000 lb auto slide 5th wheel hitch which was mounted in a previous truck using the above rail system Item # DM8550034. Can I use this same hitch on a 2019 Ford F250 super cab with oem 5th wheel/gooseneck prep package if I replace the side plates with the under bed side plates Item # DM6033 ? Thanks.

You are right on the money because you can use the Underbed Mount Adapter Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ford Super Duty # DM6033 to convert your standard 18,000 lb Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550034 (or 21,000 lb capacity Hijacker # DM8550035) to fit the factory puck system (prep package) in your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
If you take a look at the accompanying photo, you can see the difference between a standard Hijacker and one that uses Adapter Plates # DM6033.
