Can I use a Demo 6170 hitch in ford f350 if I get the right rails?

Sorry Frank, I'm a little confused and think you may have put in the wrong number as I do not see anything coming up as a Demco 6170. If you are referring to the Head and Base Assembly # DM6107 then yes you will be able to install this into your 2024 Ford F-350. You will need either the Rail Kit # DM72GV along with the Side Plates # DM6003 if your truck did not come with the factory in bed connections. If you have the factory in bed mounting holes we have the Ford Side Plates # DM6033 that will let you drop directly into the pucks so there are no additional adapters required.

I would assume you are talking about the Sam thing I do have pictures of the hitch I can send. it came out of my 2019 ram 2500 if that also helps
