Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2018 Jeep Compass Sport

Yes, I have two options for your 2018 Jeep Compass Sport; the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13363 and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76144. The main difference between them is that the Curt hitch which is what I recommend has a hidden cross tube (see photo) whereas the Draw-Tite hitch has a revealed cross tube (see photo) that does not look as nice. That said, you will need to trim the lower bumper fascia slightly for the Curt hitch and this is not required for the Draw-Tite hitch. I have attached install videos on both options but the Sport package is not an issue.
