Looking for straps that will fit a 10-12 inch wide tire thats up to 33 inches or taller. Will these work?

We have the ProGrip Adjustable Wheel Net with Ratchet and Snap Hooks # 317-18900 which is designed to fit wheels that are up to 33 inch in diameter and 12-1/2 inches in width. This would work perfectly for you as the ones you referenced are not going to be large enough.
