Question:

I am thinking of installing this in the back of my 2020 Honda Odyssey minivan. Can you tell me the actual width and length? Also, is there any problem in cutting this material to fit my actual requirements?

The Access Custom Truck Bed Mat # A25040229 that you referenced measures 75 inches long and 50 inches wide. It can be trimmed to fit a smaller space but just keep in mind that the integrated snap buttons are positioned pretty close to the edges so depending on how much you need to cut off you could lose these (see attached image).

We do have custom-fit options for your 2020 Honda Odyssey that will allow for an easier install, such as the WeatherTech Cargo Liner # WT401051 that features a weatherproof, impact-resistant construction.

Something like the etrailer.com Cargo Area Protector # e98877 is a good option too for a more "as-needed" application that can simply be used when it's time to transport dirtier cargo and taken out for everyday driving.
