I need help knowing if I have skirt cladding on my jeep or not. Attached is the picture. 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6L

Thank you for the photo and based on that I can tell you that your 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited does not have skirt cladding.

This means you can install nerf bars or running boards, and for nerf bars I recommend checking out the Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars # 21-3615 because they have a wide 4" step bar for plenty of grip, and will give your Grand Cherokee a no-frills look.

For something a little more unique I recommend taking a look at the Aries Rocker Steps w / Custom Installation Kit # AA2074103 because they have a unique tread pattern for a distinct style that still does its job in offering you a step with grip. Both the Aries and Westin are bolt-on installations that do not require drilling, which not only simplifies the installation but is also great for your '17 Grand Cherokee.
