Question:
My current trailer has a battery disconnect w/ a 20 amp inline fuse for the power jack. This fuse is Y spliced to another run that I assume covers the outside light on the front of my trailer. I want to pull the original jack in favor of this Bulldog, however Id very much like to have the Bulldog wired into the battery disconnect like my current jack is. Can I simply swap the 20 amp fuse w/ a 30 amp fuse and wire this jack the same way my current one is? Im assuming this Bulldog jack will pop the 20 amp inline fuse I already have. Worst case scenario I can just wire the bulldog straight to the battery but I like the added phantom drain protection of the disconnect.

Yes, you can absolutely wire the Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500199 through your battery disconnect, and you are right that you will want to use a 30-amp fuse. The jack won't draw power when it is off but if you like the idea of added protection then you can certainly wire it this way.
If you need additional wire you can use 10 gauge # 10-1-1 and I also recommend the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks # UF38-944020 because it will protect the jack's head from any moisture possibly getting in, helping ensure your jack always works when you need it.
I've added links to video reviews of the jack and cover for you to check out as well.
