Question:
I have a 2008 GMC 2500 HD Duramax with the factory plug for 7-way trailer plug. It hooked to a 24 ft concession trailer with no battery backup like an RV would have I just have a battery for my break away. Can this be hooked up somehow through the wiring so I dont have to buy a 12 volt battery to place on my tongue I have enough weight on my tongue

I do have a way for you to power your Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 22" Lift - 4,000 lbs - Black # BD500199 without having to install a 12v battery on your 24' concession trailer, but I do not recommend hooking the battery for the break away system. This battery should stay dedicated to the break away system so it does not get depleted and cause the break away to not work properly if needed.
Instead I recommend purchasing the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector - Trailer End # PK12706 and hooking it to the 12v power pin which is the 11 o'clock pin on when looking at the front of the connector. Once this connection is made you can just un plug the 7-way connector from your trailer and plug in this 7-way connector when you need to operate the jack. This will pull power directly from the battery of your truck.
I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
