Question:
I just bought an R pod 195. I am thinking of a Curt C17050. I have a Camco anti sway bar. Would the anti sway bar make the additional expenditure for a Fastway or other more expensive setup with anti sway included unnecessary? I realize backing up with anti sway deployed is not a great idea. thanks

Generally, switching to a weight distribution hitch with anti-sway built in is going to provide a much better towing experience; you're also going to find that these combined systems like the Fastway E2 # FA94-00-0600 will allow you to backup while they're attached. However, according to Honda, it's not recommended that you use a weight distribution hitch on the 2019 Pilot. The Honda Pilot is a uni-body frame and the added stress that a trailer is going to put on the rear axle of a vehicle is already going to be compensated by the design of the Pilot.
If your R-Pod 195 has trailer brakes on it, I recommend going with the Tucson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000. This is an electronic system designed for trailers that either don't require weight distribution or a vehicle that cannot use a weight distribution hitch. The sway control installs on your trailer frame and wires inline to your existing wiring so it's ready to go as soon as you hook up to your tow vehicle.
The other thing you may want to consider is adding some Coil SumoSprings like # CSS-1145R , which are going to help provide some support to your rear suspension and work to support the load you're towing. If you check out the attached picture and take some measurements based off of those spaces, I can find a spring that can work on your vehicle.
